What is Conscious Outsourcing?
Conscious Outsourcing is DOXA Talent‘s model for building global teams — one that treats international employees as genuine members of your company, not a pool of shared labor. It is built around fair pay, real benefits, data security, legal compliance, and cultural integration on both sides of the engagement.
The goal is to give mid-market companies access to high-quality global talent without the legal risk, cultural disconnection, or operational complexity that comes with traditional outsourcing models.
Why Conscious Outsourcing Is Different
Most outsourcing models solve part of the problem but create new ones. Gig platforms offer flexibility but no continuity or data security. Contractors create legal and tax risk. Traditional BPOs lock you into rigid contracts with workers you never directly know. Employer of Record arrangements transfer the administrative burden to you without the recruiting or infrastructure support.
DOXA’s founders experienced this gap firsthand — facing the same talent scarcity and cost pressure most growing companies face today. When no existing model worked, they built one and used it internally for years before offering it to other companies.
Both Sides of the Conscious Outsourcing Model

Conscious of the Employee
Global employees — DOXA calls them VIPs — receive fair pay benchmarked to their local market, a full benefits package, retirement contributions, and company-issued hardware from day one. They join a real team with a real culture, not a vendor pool. DOXA's learning and development programs, including AI training, give VIPs a path to grow. The result is retention that runs well above industry norms: 14% voluntary attrition and a 72 employee NPS.

Conscious of the Client
Client companies get dedicated, full-time people who use their tools, attend their meetings, and operate to their standards — at 60% or more in cost savings versus equivalent US roles. Legal, HR, tax, and data security compliance sit inside DOXA's infrastructure, not on your plate. Contracts and payments run through a US entity. There is no middleman.

How It Works
You work with one DOXA point of contact. Behind them is a recruiting, HR, and operations team that handles everything from candidate sourcing and background checks to payroll, compliance, device management, and performance support.
From role definition to a VIP in the seat takes approximately 60 days. You make the final hire decision. DOXA manages the employment relationship from day one forward. As trust builds, roles can expand in scope — most clients start in one function, validate the model, and grow from there.

Frequently Asked Questions
What roles can be filled through Conscious Outsourcing?
Roles span finance and accounting, operations, administration, technology, marketing, sales support, and HR. This is not limited to entry-level work — VIPs include software engineers, CPAs, executive assistants, and marketing managers. If the role does not require physical presence, it can likely be filled.
Which countries does DOXA source talent from?
DOXA currently places talent from the Philippines, Colombia, Vietnam, Kenya, and Panama, with local leadership and recruiting infrastructure in each market.
Is Conscious Outsourcing compliant and legal?
Yes. DOXA employs VIPs directly in their home countries under compliant local structures, handles all labor law obligations, and pays taxes and benefits on their behalf. Workers are full employees, not contractors. Clients contract with a US entity.
How does DOXA handle data security?
DOXA is SOC 2 Type II certified. All VIPs use company-managed, encrypted laptops. Access is enhanced with multi-factor authentication, and device and location are verified before any connection is permitted.
