DOXA operates entirely behind the scenes under your brand — there is no DOXA-branded communication with your clients, no DOXA materials in client-facing deliverables, and no outbound contact from DOXA to your clients directly. The Employer of Record infrastructure is invisible to end clients. Your firm retains the billing relationship, the performance conversation, and all strategic client interaction. DOXA’s role is exclusively operational: employment, compliance, hardware, HR administration, and Team Lead support for the placed professionals. Non-solicitation protections are available upon request for firms that want contractual assurance that DOXA will not pursue direct relationships with clients introduced through the partnership.

DOXA’s ‘Powered by DOXA’ program allows recruiting and staffing firms to offer offshore talent solutions under their own brand without building the operational infrastructure themselves. Your firm maintains full ownership of the client relationship, sets its own pricing and margins, and handles all client-facing communication. DOXA operates behind the scenes as the Employer of Record, managing the offshore professionals’ employment contracts, benefits, compliance, hardware, and HR support. Your clients experience the relationship as your service offering. This structure lets staffing firms expand into offshore talent as a service line — adding a recurring revenue stream alongside traditional placement — without the overhead of building an international employment infrastructure from scratch. There is no revenue sharing requirement and no minimum client volume.

Margins vary by role type, client segment, and your firm’s pricing structure, but most staffing firm partners operate at gross margins between 25 and 50 percent on offshore placements.
